Alejandra Perez Cohen (Founding Partner)
is an economist with more than 20 years’ experience in financial markets and impact investing. She worked most of her career in the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, as the Financial Institutions new business leader in Central America, covering microfinance, housing, climate, gender and SMEs investments. She managed the origination and management of a portfolio of above US$700 million in the region, with a targeted focus on sustainability. She also processed investments across Latin America, Africa and Eastern Europe. Previously, she worked at JP Morgan in the Credit Structured desk in Paris, London and Madrid.
Alejandra holds an MBA in Financial Markets from the San Pablo CEU University, Madrid, a specialization in Human Development and Gestalt Therapy from the IHPG, and is a candidate for the CFA in Climate and Investing.
Marta Kozak (Founding Partner)
has two decades of experience in finance and impact investing with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the private sector arm of the World Bank Group. She was responsible for new business development and portfolio management of investments supporting climate, gender, Fintech, SMEs, and microfinance across Latin America. Marta originated and managed investments of US$25 million and above. She co-invested with other development finance institutions and investment funds such as Interamerican Investment Bank (IDB Invest), responsAbility, LCatterton, among others.
Marta holds an MBA in Finance from the Johns Hopkins University and is a candidate for the CFA in Climate and Investing (CCI). Marta also speaks fluent Spanish and Polish.
Eduardo Massé (Founding Partner)
is the CEO and founder of BIT WORK ELITE, an HR Tec company, which was awarded the Best Enterprise 2022 KPI Analytics Solution by the Global Health Organization, for GAIUS Productivity Operating System. Me Is the creator or the leadina digital plattorm in Mexico for the implementation of NOM 035 with more than a thousand companies and a million users. Creator of the Z0E platform and the HACC algorithm, capable of studying and developing behavioral KPls. He has been visiting profesor at Harvard and laDr he was the ampassador in Mexico of WOHASU (World Happiness Summit) participating as a speaker and panelist in WOBI NY, Mexico, in WOHASU Miami, Kuwait Happiness Effect Congress. He has worked as an advisor to more than 100 companies in Latin America and Europe He is a best selling author published in Spain and Mexico. In Canada, he was the founder of tna prevenion ano social awaronoce project against breast cancer, HOPE IN A RoleLA was recognized with the distinction Doctor Honoris Causa by the UIDHL-UEEM. He led and maintained strategic relationships with IFC clients in banking, insurance and fintech industries with a focus on Africa. He co-managed US$3.6bn family of funds and raised new US$500+m fund from insurance, banks, and sovereign funds. He also led 300+ staff doing US$2.4bn investment and US$74m advisory business in South Asia. Before IFC, he led various financial institutions in Haiti.
